There is a way to get into free 10th lobbies. The way to get in them is very soon there will be a VIP option where you will pay $10 yearly. The VIP will include a special section in the forums for Our free lobbies. There you will get 10 free lobbies per every 2 months, and no your unused lobbies will not carry over.
